Hi, I wanted to bring to your attention an issue I encountered with the front desk clerk, Madison. When I called to inform the desk that my claims were resubmitted on 4/8/24, Madison hung up on me. Despite my attempts to communicate, my bill does not accurately reflect my three visits to your location on 2/23/24, 3/9/24, and the virtual visit on 3/22/24. I paid $50 for the two visits, but it seems there was an overcharge. My member’s responsibility is $10, not $25 as indicated on the bill.
After calling back, Madison transferred me to her assistant manager, Jay Jay, who came on the line in a very upset manner. I was simply calling to provide an update on my claim and ensure my bill is corrected so that Dr. Sayal could be duly compensated. Despite my calm demeanor, Jay Jay became confrontational and argumentative over the phone. I am left wondering about the professionalism of employees in your establishment.
I appreciate your attention to this matter and would like to resolve the billing discrepancies promptly. Thank you.

After two years of treatment with another pulmonologist and no improvement, I sought a second opinion. Dr. Sayal nailed the actual diagnosis in the first five minutes and I'm finally getting the right treatment.

Waiting time was very short. Dr. Visas Sayal was very professional and very Friendly. He diagnosed my problem immediately and was able to clear it up the same day.

__I was generally impressed with Dr. Sayall's manner and professionalism. At first sight, a patient will trust a doctor or not. I will take directions from the "Doc," for the time being. I will be more impressed when I get well.
